Overview The Man-Hole is a powerful soft security project designed to protect the Telephony Man-Hole & prevent copper cable theft. This Man-Hole product consists of two main units: a Slave unit which will be in every Telephony Man-Hole and a Master unit which will be in Central. The Master unit will be connected to a Personal computer through RS232. The communication between the Slave units and Master unit will be through a pair of copper line cables. The power of the Slave unit will be taken from the same pair of copper line cables, which are used for communication. The power of the Master unit will be taken from an adaptor. The Slave unit is also connected to a Limit Switch and a Siren. The Man-Hole Slave unit ID can be programmed by PC which is connected to Master unit.
