Telecom Egypt such as
QuickTel telephone sets. We have a long and harmonious
relationship, which includes supplying network accessories and central office supplies.
QuickTel is proud of this longstanding relationship and
continues to cooperate with Telecom Egypt
to build alliances and joint ventures throughout the region. |

QuickTel has been
cooperating with 3M Telecommunications Co. since April 2003
in the manufacturing, assembling, supplying and distributing of 3M products, in particular, the
3M main distribution frame ID3000, over-voltage protection magazine and distribution boxes.
QuickTel is a certified vendor for 3M. |

Since November 2003, QuickTel has
been cooperating with Krone GmbH
in manufacturing the passive connectivity products for copper and optical fibers, in particular,
the cross connection with capacities of up to 3200 pairs which are to distributed worldwide. |

Since May 2000, QuickTel has been
cooperating with Huawei in the manufacturing,
assembling, supplying and distributing the integrated access network units such as ONU (both the
indoor and outdoor units). As well as, HONET products, digital switching units, broadband services
and the CDMA WLL FWT to telecommunications providers, such as Telecom Egypt within the Middle East
and Africa regions. QuickTel also maintains the largest training
centre for Huawei products within the MEA region, offering formal training to telecom professionals
on all products distributed through Huawei. |

Since early 2003, an alliance has been formed with Eltek
as the supplier of choice for customized power systems and rectifiers used in our major
telecommunications projects requiring ONU and C&C08 switching systems. This unique
relationship allows QuickTel to modify products to
meet our specifications, depending on project requirements. |
| Since early 2003, Intel has formed an agreement with QuickTel for
the development of modular CLASS 5 Switches based on an Intel platform. Intel is also
cooperating with QuickTel to deliver the necessary technical assistance in support of
Intel’s products. |
| In early 2005, QuickTel obtaining the license required from
Qualcomm in order to manufacture, use and sell the CDMA WLL FWT products. This agreement will
give us rights to produce these products in the MEA region, according to our requirements and
specifications. |
| QuickTel is cooperating
with the Egyptian Government on a software switching agreement for the
University of Cairo’s
Development Research and Technological Planning Center. This unique arrangement includes
the designing and programming protocol for digital central offices, according to specifications
established by Telecom Egypt. |

Quaryunis (The General Electronics Company in Libya) and
QuickTel agreed to cooperate in the joint production, manufacturing and assembling of
Telecommunications equipment such as Distribution Boxes, CDMA telephones and terminals,
DSLAM and MDF equipment and Class 5 Switches. |

In 2006, Sonus Networks, the leading provider of wireless and wire
line voice over IP (VoIP) and multimedia infrastructure solutions appoints QuickTel to be Sonus’
Distributor for the resale of Sonus’s soft switch and media gateway as well as sublicensing of
software, Sonus relies on QuickTel capabilities to market, advertise, resell and provide the
maximum quality of service to customers such as carriers, PTTs, ISPs, cable companies, CLECs
and next-generation service providers , to benefit of voice over broadband (VoBB), wireless
voice and multimedia, trunking and tandem switching, carrier interconnection and enhanced
services. |

for redline’s full suite of advanced wireless solutions include the WiMAX Forum Certified™ RedMAX™
solutions and its award-winning RedCONNEX™ family of broadband wireless infrastructure products in
Egypt, this allows QuickTel to support and deliver the cost-effective, profitable deployment of
point-to-multipoint and point-to-point fixed, nomadic and mobile wireless broadband networks to
Carrier operators and service providers to deliver rich fixed and mobile wireless broadband services
to both business and residential customers.
